I want to grab a plan today while it’s still available, but I’m going to be out of town this week. Is there a way to delay the SIM shipment so it arrives after I get back?
Hey @momon — that’s a smart question, and we totally get it!
Right now, our system automatically processes and ships orders shortly after they’re placed, so we’re unable to schedule delayed shipments.
But don’t worry you’ve still got a couple of options:
Place the order, then contact support immediately
If you email us right after placing the order with:
- Your Order ID
Ship it to an alternate address
If possible, you can have the SIM sent to a friend, family member, or workplace. Lots of customers do this when traveling, it works great!
We’re working on adding more flexible delivery options in the future. For now, just reach out as soon as you place the order and we’ll do our best to assist!
