Just ordered a SIM kit how will I know when it ships?

I just ordered a SIM kit and was wondering what happens next.
How will I know when it actually ships? Will I get a tracking number or confirmation?

Here’s what to expect next:

We send shipping confirmations via email to the address provided at checkout. That email will include:

Your tracking number (once it’s generated)
The shipping method you selected
A link to track your package in real-time

At the moment, we don’t send shipping confirmations via text, so we recommend checking your email inbox, including your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

Processing Time
Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
Please note: No orders are processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Options

  • Standard: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited: 2 business days
  • Priority: Next-day
