The correct shipping address
The email used for the order
If your order has already shipped:
Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the address once the package is in Swiship’s hands.
However, if the package is undeliverable, it typically gets returned to us. Once we receive it, we’ll gladly reship it to your correct address at no extra charge.
