I ordered my SIM card 4 days ago and still haven’t received any tracking number. I haven’t gotten any shipping confirmation either. Is this a normal delay, or should I be worried?

Shipping timelines can vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days)
- Priority Shipping (Next-day delivery)
Please note: Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day. We do not process shipments on Sundays or public holidays.
If you haven’t received tracking after 4 full days, here are a few things to try:
- Check your spam or promotions folder — shipping confirmation emails can land there.
- Contact our support team with your Order ID and email — we’ll verify your order status and resend tracking info if needed.
