I just activated my Infimobile line, and everything seems to be working except voicemail. When someone calls and I don’t pick up, it just rings and rings without going to voicemail. Any idea what’s going on?
I ran into the exact same thing — everything else worked after activation, but when someone called me and I didn’t answer, it just rang forever without going to voicemail.
I contacted Infimobile support, and they said it usually means voicemail forwarding isn’t fully set up yet on the backend.
Here’s what they had me do:
Restart your phone after activation
Dial your own number to trigger the voicemail setup (create a PIN & greeting)
If it still doesn’t go to voicemail, reach out to support — they had to refresh voicemail routing for my number
After that, it started going to voicemail as expected. Only took a few minutes once I reached out!
