I ported my number and it shows complete, but incoming calls aren’t working

I ported my number over to Infimobile and the status shows “Completed.”
Outgoing calls and texts work fine, but I can’t receive any calls they don’t even go to voicemail. Anyone else had this happen?

Yes! I had the same issue after porting my number — the status said “Completed”, and I could call and text out, but incoming calls weren’t working at all (not even voicemail).

I reached out to Infimobile support, and they explained it’s a common delay with number ports, especially if the previous carrier hasn’t fully released the number yet.

Here’s what they checked/fixed:

:white_check_mark: Confirmed the port completed on their end
:white_check_mark: Re-pushed the voicemail & call routing settings
:white_check_mark: Asked me to restart my phone after they refreshed everything

After that, calls started coming in normally within 30 minutes. If you’re seeing this issue, definitely contact support — they fixed it super fast for me.
