I activated my SIM but nothing is working no service, no calls, no data. What do I try first?

I just finished activating my Infimobile SIM (physical or eSIM), but my phone shows “No Service” and nothing is working can’t make calls, send texts, or use data. Is this normal right after activation, or is something wrong?

I ran into the same thing right after activating my Infimobile SIM — phone said “No Service”, and I couldn’t do anything: no calls, no texts, no data.

I reached out to Infimobile support, and they said this can happen if the activation didn’t fully sync or if the SIM didn’t latch to the network yet.

Here’s what worked for me:

:white_check_mark: Make sure airplane mode is off
:white_check_mark: On Android: check if APN settings auto-loaded (or enter manually)
:white_check_mark: On iPhone: go to Settings > General > About — it should prompt a carrier update if needed

If it still shows “No Service” after about 15–30 minutes, reach out to support with your IMEI and they can check if something’s stuck on their end.

In my case, they reset the SIM on their side and it connected right away.
