My phone is getting full bars and mobile data is working great. I can send and receive texts too.
But for some reason, I can’t make or receive calls it just hangs up or doesn’t ring at all. Anyone else run into this?

Step 1: Initial Checks
Before diving into advanced fixes, confirm the basics:
- Plan Status
Log in to your Infimobile account and check if your plan is active and has available minutes. Renew if expired. - SIM Card Placement
Ensure the SIM is properly inserted and recognized by the device. - Call Blocking
Make sure the number you’re calling (or receiving from) isn’t blocked in your device’s settings.
Step 2: Turn Off Call Forwarding & Blocks
Disabling call forwarding and clearing blocked numbers often resolves call issues.
- Dial Codes to Disable Forwarding:
##004#– Cancels conditional call forwarding.*73– Disables all call forwarding.
- Remove Call Blocks:
- Go to your Phone > Settings > Blocked Numbers and unblock any relevant contacts.
Step 3: Enable VoLTE & Update Network Settings
Voice over LTE (VoLTE) enhances call reliability and voice quality.
For iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options
- Toggle Data Roaming OFF
- Set Voice & Data to LTE
- Toggle VoLTE ON
For Android:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network
- Disable Data Roaming
- Enable VoLTE / HD Voice / Enhanced Calling
- If VoLTE is not visible, contact support to check compatibility
- Set Network Mode to LTE Only or LTE/3G/2G

Yep — I had the same weird issue. Data and texts worked fine, but calls wouldn’t go through at all. No ringing, just failed or dropped every time.
I contacted Infimobile support and they said it’s usually related to the voice network not fully registering, especially after activation, SIM swap, or device change.
Here’s what helped fix it:
Restarted my phone
Made sure VoLTE is turned ON (check your cellular or network settings)
For Android: toggled airplane mode off/on and checked APN
For iPhone: went to Settings > Cellular > Voice & Data → selected LTE/VoLTE
After doing that, calling started working again within a few minutes.
