I deleted my eSIM by mistake can I get it back or do I need a new one?

Steps to Replace or Recover eSIM on the Same Device

:white_check_mark: Step 1: Log in to Infimobile Account

  • Visit Infimobile
  • Sign in using your registered email and password

:white_check_mark: Step 2: Go to SIM Replacement

  • Navigate to “SIM Replacement” from the account dashboard
  • Select “eSIM to eSIM” option

:white_check_mark: Step 3: Complete 2FA Verification

Complete the 3-part Two-Factor Authentication:

  1. Email OTP: Click the email option → Check your inbox for the code
  2. SMS OTP: Click SMS option → Enter OTP received on your phone
  3. Security Questions: Answer exactly as set during security setup
  • :white_check_mark: Click “Add Now” to save answers
  • :white_check_mark: Then click Continue

:warning: If any answer doesn’t match, the request will not proceed.

:white_check_mark: Step 4: Select “Same Device”

  • Choose the “Same Device” option
  • Enter:
    • IMEI Number
    • Reason for SIM Swap
  • Click Continue

:white_check_mark: Step 5: Payment & Confirmation

  • Enter Billing Details
  • Select Payment Method
  • Pay the $5 SIM replacement fee

:light_bulb: Once payment is complete, a new QR Code will be emailed to you for activation.

I reached out to Infimobile support, and yes as long as your plan is still active, you don’t need a brand-new plan or SIM.

They were able to send me a new eSIM activation email with a fresh QR code, with the service charges. I just scanned it and got back online in minutes.

Just make sure to give them your IMEI and email address when you contact support.
