I was using an eSIM on my old phone, but my new device doesn’t support eSIM at all. Is it possible to switch back to a physical SIM? And what’s the process?

If you’re currently using an eSIM and would like to switch to a physical SIM (pSIM) due to device compatibility or personal preference, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to Your Infimobile Account
- Visit Infimobile.com and log in using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to SIM Replacement
- Go to the SIM Replacement section.
- Select the option “Switch from eSIM to pSIM”.
Step 3: Complete 2FA Verification
- Choose to receive the OTP via:
- Email or
- SMS
- Enter the OTP received.
- Answer the security questions.
- Click “Continue” to proceed.
Step 4: Device Confirmation
- You’ll be asked:
- “Are you switching to a new device?”
- Select Yes or No, based on your situation.
- “Are you switching to a new device?”
- Enter your device’s IMEI number to check compatibility (must support physical SIM).
Step 5: Replacement SIM Selection
- If you already have a replacement SIM:
- Select “Yes, I have a replacement card.”
- If you don’t have a replacement SIM:
- Select “No, I don’t have a replacement card.”
- Proceed to order a new SIM by providing:
- Shipping address
- Preferred shipping method:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days)
- Priority Shipping (Next-day delivery)
- Payment details (Card number, ZIP code or Wallet Balance Or Referral Balance)
- Click “Order SIM Card” to place your order.
Step 6: After Receiving Your SIM Card
- Repeat Steps 1 to 4 to start the SIM swap again.
- This time, select “Yes, I have a replacement SIM”.
Step 7: Complete SIM Activation
- Enter your:
- ICCID (SIM Number)
- Activation Code
- Billing Address
- Click on “Change SIM Card” to complete the activation.
You’re Done!
Your new physical SIM will now be active, replacing your eSIM.
Yep — I ran into the same thing when I upgraded to a phone that doesn’t support eSIM.
I contacted Infimobile support, and they confirmed you can switch back to a physical SIM without any problem.
Here’s how it worked for me:

I gave them my IMEI and confirmed my shipping address.

They deactivated the old eSIM and sent me a new physical SIM for free (shipping charges may apply depending on the case).

Once it arrived, I popped it into the new phone and activated it through the dashboard.
