Does my plan auto-renew every month (or year), or do I need to log in and pay manually?
I was a little confused about this too when I first signed up especially with the multi-month plans.
After chatting with support, here’s how it actually works:
Yes, Infimobile plans auto-renew — whether you’re on a monthly or multi-month (like 3, 6, or 12-month) plan.
When you sign up, auto-renewal is enabled by default using the card you used during checkout. So you don’t need to log in and pay manually every time unless you turned auto-renew off.
You can check or change your auto-renew status by:

Logging into your dashboard

Going to Billing

Toggling the Auto-Renew option on or off as needed
If you turn it off, your service just runs until the end of the current cycle, and then pauses unless you manually recharge or select a new plan.
For peace of mind, they also send reminder emails a few days before renewal — especially for annual plans.
So yep no need to log in every month unless you prefer manual payments.
