I just signed up for the 12-month plan thinking it would bill monthly, but I was charged the full amount right away. Is that how it’s supposed to work?

Yep — that’s normal! I signed up for the 12-month plan too and was surprised it charged the full amount upfront.

Infimobile’s multi-month plans (3, 6, 12 months) are prepaid, so you get the discount by paying the total at checkout.

Only monthly plans bill you month-to-month.

So if you picked the 12-month plan, the full charge is expected — and you won’t be billed again until it renews next year.
