Hello, I am new user and have been unable to login to my acct. On web site I enter my username and password and it says invalid login. I reset my password and still get this error.
On phone app it asks me to create mPIN. I press Create but I get no text with an mPIN. Support has not been able to figure out the problems.
Have any of you encountered this?
