Is there a way to schedule the change so it starts on my next renewal date?
When I went to change my plan, I saw two options: ‘Upgrade Now’ and ‘Upgrade Later’. I wasn’t sure what each one did, so I reached out to support.
They told me that ‘Upgrade Now’ means the new plan kicks in immediately — and any unused data from my current plan carries over into the new one.
If I choose ‘Upgrade Later’, the new plan will start only after my current billing cycle ends, so I wouldn’t lose anything I already paid for.
